In 6 years of these type of holidays, I have never had the level of service he provided. He has done this before and it came across! His cooking and cleaning was excellent and he played games to keep it interactive - amazing!"

"Chalet Blanchot. Sam provided by far and away the best service I have ever experienced at a catered chalet. I do not say this lightly,I have been on over 20 of these holidays (catered chalets) with various companies, and Sam provided a holiday head and shoulders above the rest. So accommodating, very social, very good chef. Promote this man."
Sam stayed in Chalet Blanchot in January 2023
"Sam our chalet host at Chalet Blanchot was excellent. He was informative, friendly, supportive, helpful, thoughtful, funny, entertaining and an outstanding chef. It was three out of the four of us in our party’s first catered Chalet experience and it was brilliant. The chalet was clean and tidy, comfortable, well fitted out and had a great view. Really impressive. I hope to retire from nursing in March next year and was thinking about looking at being a chalet host. Sam was very helpful in explaining the role, Ski Beat and encouraging to pursue a such a role. Would highly recommend using Ski Beat for a skiing holiday, Chalet Blanchot, the Ski Beat team and particularly Sam as a host."

"I found our host a really professional young lad for somebody his age. He is a very relaxed and skilled cook. I am a serious cook and he shows all the best attributes of a pro cook. Generous with his (extensive) knowledge of skiing and snowboarding and allows the conversation to flow around him in a very relaxed way. His most surprising skill is his ability to listen to his guests and actually be interested! 10/10. The second host is very social and lovely. I am sure I am not the first guest to mention that!! Very, very impressed by both of your staff."
