The best time to ski in the Three Valleys depends on your priorities, but mid to late March typically offers an ideal balance of reliable snow, pleasant temperature, fewer crowds, longer days for skiing and competitive prices. Early season (December-January) brings reliable snow and quieter slopes outside holidays, while peak season (January-February) has optimal snow conditions but crowds and less competitive prices. April offers spring skiing with warmer weather and great deals, though afternoon snow can get slushy in late April so be sure to check the snow conditions before arrival to plan your ski spots.
